What is a Digital Growth Coach?
A Digital Coach is Digital and Marketing Strategist that guides you to actively evolve
your online presence in a way that aligns with your business and lifestyle objectives.
Why work with a Digital Growth Coach?
- This is a service for anyone that is serious about making the right decisions for the best possible outcome to grow your online presence without budgetary
waste. It is for individuals or SME’s that have the long term outcome in mind. - A digital strategist can evaluate the quality of proposals, pitches and budgets recommended by agencies or independent service providers and hold them to account on servicing your requirements.
- An independent digital strategist should bring wide circle of trusted service
providers who work tirelessly according their required standards due to the
longevity and trust built over years. Clients benefit from these relationships by
being directed to the right people for the right job. - Remove the stress of decisions and choices for clients for whom digital
marketing and implementation strategies may be outside their core
competency. This may be due to clients having time constraints or simply due
to being experts in other fields. - Using third party specialists (like website developers, designers or
agencies), the initial round of feedback is moderated by the Digital Coach. Having an experienced consultant ensures that it is on brief and meets requirements. - This minimizes churn, choices and mistakes.
- The delivery of good looking, high functioning sites, superb branding and
highly engaged social platforms that convert potential clients, to paying
clients, increase your following, referrals and leads. - A good Digital Growth Coach will ensure that the client is working in their core
skill set, and surround the client with a team that can complement this skill set. They will also help the client’s knowledge evolve to a point where they can manage their digital service providers and feel confident with their decisions on digital upgrades and social strategy.
How does a Digital Growth Coach help me build my digital presence?

competitor landscape, with no judgement. Then they will help you bridge the
gap between “what is now” and where you want to be positioned and get your
business working for you, rather than you working for it. - will guide you to overcome digital overwhelm with guidelines and templates,
resulting in actionable next steps. - help you develop clear competitive advantage to position yourself online, in a
way that sets you apart from your competitors. They will help you tell your
story
What kind of digital coach should I choose?
- Ideally, they have proven track record of creating digital growth, can clearly
demonstrate strategy experience and can show traction around building
community. - Their values should align with yours. For example :
- if you are entrepreneurial with a young family, you are juggling more than
your fair share. Your coach must work with you to free up your time and
automate your business. - if you are new to digital, you want your coach to work at a pace that feels
manageable with actionable next steps - if you have a fair amount of digital experience, you want your coach to be a
sounding board to validate or challenge you, resulting in the best possible
outcome
